OVERVIEW

My Mechanical Mother is a Final Year Project 02 that utilizes motion capture technology to bring the animations in the game to life. This technology captures the movements and actions of real-life actors, resulting in realistic and fluid animations for the characters in the game.

In this project, I was responsible for :

  • Created the Robot character model, texturing and made other 3D assets
  • Textured the VR hands and made the hand animations
  • Level construction and decoration for the Lab Scene
  • Created particle effects such as smoke and lightning
  • Designed all the UI on the tablet stand
  • Programmed the game mechanics for both Lab Scene and Piano Interaction
  • Made the lightings and Post-Processing for all scenes
  • Designed the Poster, Concept board and Design board
